Overview:

This FlashCheck folding probe electronic thermometer can measure from room temperature to 0°C in just 6 seconds. FlashCheck provides features such as a waterproof casing and Min/Max temperature memory. This is a perfect tool to put through high temperature dishwashers to verify that the final rinse has reached the safe sanitation temperature of 82°C.

In addition, the patented Flash measure mode automatically beeps and locks in the end temperature once the temperature has stabilized within ±0.5°C, eliminating all guesswork, providing you with an ideal standardisation, consistent with HACCP documentation methods.

You don't need any other thermometer!
 
Can be used to check dishwasher temperature and the rubberised over mould protects the unit from accidental drops of up to 1.8 metres. This very durable thermometer includes a min/max feature

Selectable Operation Modes:
 
(1) Monitor Mode:
 
Monitor Mode is programmed as the default mode. After turning on the instrument the current temperature will be monitored continuously and the min max memory will be updated as needed.
 
The auto shutdown feature will power off the instrument after 10 minutes if no activity has taken place.
 
(2) Min/Max Recording Mode:
 
In this mode the instrument will first display the minimum temperature and then the maximum temperature recorded after the last reset. The auto shut down feature is disabled in this mode, and the unit can be used for continuous min/ max temperature recording. NOTE: The Min/ Max memory mode will reset itself when the instrument is shut off.
 
(3) Flash Measure Mode (non-operator dependent temperature measurement method):
 
This unique, patented feature is designed to provide a consistent and accurate, non-operator dependent temperature measurement method.
 
The Flash Mode program scans the dynamic temperature curve every 2.7 seconds. Once the temperature stabilises to within ± 2 º C within two scan intervals then the Flash Measure program automatically beeps and locks in the final temperature.
 
This mode of operation can be used for temperature measurement on demand as opposed to the monitor mode where the measurement is continuous.
