This is an ideal all round thermometer for use in food industries. This unit exceeds the ANZFA (FSANZ) requirements for accuracy and is made from food grade materials

The measuring range is -190 C up to +1300 C. So it suits all industrial, scientific, refrigeration and cooking applications

The probe is connected to the unit by an industrial standard Type K plug. Many types of sensors are readily available in many different sizes and shapes and are easily replaced if damaged

Comes complete with a hard protective case with a “fine wire sensor” and a Food Grade stainless steel probe.

For fresh meat and cooked foods we recommend the TPK05 fast response probe
