This USB Ezy-Log Data Logger kit contains everything you need to get it working.
 
This data logger has been designed specifically for the requirements for food safety and is also ideally suited for fridges/freezers, vaccine storage, transport and storage + many other applications where a record of temperature needs to be keep.

The pack contains:-

  • the data logger 
  • the USB interface unit to the computer
  • USB and the full software package that will allow you to save to your computer with a full graphic display
The data loggers has 8000 points of memory and can be set up to take a reading of the temperature every 1 second up to 12 hours each (adjustable) (10-30 Minutes is generally enough). Then just download (a 5 minute job) every month to create a permanent record of your fridge and freezer temps. Make sure that you check the records every time to ensure the temp is correct before you file them.
