Delivery Charges:
All domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post. When/if a delivery charge applies then this charge is based on weight and destination. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for any orders that is bulky, greater than 3 kgs and or are commercial orders. Any other requested delivery method cannot be considered.
Delivery Method:
We only use Australia Post eParcel service which is a door to door service. This service gives us the ability to deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO Boxes. When shipping to a business address ensure that you specify the full business name and address including where you are located i.e. floor
All orders must be signed for before delivery can be made.
If you cannot take the delivery when Australia Post calls then a card will/should be left by Australia Post and the parcel will be delivered to your local Post Office for collection within 14 days.
Shipping Time:
We ship normally within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery once shipped, usually takes 3 ~ 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for deliveries within
Australia.
Availability
:
The vast majority of the products shown on our website are stocked by us and are available from our warehouse. If an item is out of stock you will see the message
“This item is out of stock”
If the product you order is not available for any reason we will advise you.
Order Status:
You can follow the fulfilment status of your order from the
My Account
section of our website. After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
