Just insert into the meat, wait 3 seconds, and remove.
The thermometer on the Beef side will reveal a visible colour change to show you precisely when your beef is rare (
red
); medium
(
yellow
); well done (
blue
).
On the opposite side the fish/poultry shows that the fish (
blue); poultry (
green) when done.
After cooking your food on both sides, simply insert the blade of your Cooked-Per’fect Complete, being careful not to push the tip of the blade into the open flames of a barbecue. Quickly observe the thermometer – the appropriate colours will reveal to indicate whether your food is fully-cooked and ready to eat. After a few seconds, the colour will revert to black so that you may re-use the thermometer – to again check the readiness of this item or any other food being cooked.
