Coffee Thermometer:
This thermometer is used for measuring the temperature of milk for coffee, such as latte, mocha or cappuccinos. It features a clip that allows you to attach it to the side of any standard milk frothing pitcher. It is important to measure the temperature of milk while it is being frothed to insure that it isn't scalded, which will give your beverages a bitter taste.
