Firstly check your local Post Office as IF YOU ARE NOT THERE TO RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL IT WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE.

 

Australia Post should leave a card in your letterbox informing you of their attempt to deliver.

 

However if still have not received your product within 14 days please contact us and we will track the item for you. If the product is lost we will replace it.
