This probe type thermometer has many features. It is a very heavy duty food grade probe thermometer. 
 
It can be put in your pocket or has a wall mount bracket. The wall mount is ideal for food manufacturing industries or areas where a thermometer is regularly required and must be accessible.
 
Displays temperature to 0.1ºC - as required by most HACCP (food safety) systems, pocket style, easy to use, safety cover over the probe - very wide temperature range and low cost. 
 
By keeping the cost down and the features high, this probe puts food safety within reach of everyone.. Café, restaurant, take away, service station, deliverydrivers etc.
