Returns:
If you're not completely satisfied and the goods have not been used or damaged by you the purchaser, you can return the goods in their original packaging within 60 days from receipt of goods by you and we'll refund the item cost. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense unless we have sent out the incorrect item. You are requested to ring us first before returning the item/s on 1300 79 91 07 or use the Return Manager which you will find in the column on the right under "Your cart".
To create a return within Return Manager: (1) select an order (2) scroll down to Create Return Request and complete.
Damaged Items: It is rare however goods may be damaged during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please log into the Return Manager and complete a return form as soon as possible or call us on 1300 79 91 07. We will issue you with a return authorisation and provide a reply paid address. The returned goods will be inspected by us and if deemed to have been damaged in transit a replacement order will be sent back to you or a refund given. Warranty Claims: Warranty claims are handled directly by the Australian distributor or manufacturer of the product. Reliance Pacific does not directly process warranty claims, we will do what we can to ensure that any claim are handled in a satisfactory manner.
