This innovative new HEAVY DUTY HACCP certified thermometer is an infrared non contact thermometer that can be used to measure food, fridge, freezer or transport temperatures.

This small water-resistant pocket sized tool has better than +- 1.0 C accuracy in the food temperature range of -20 to +10C. Just push the button for the Infra red scanner and the temp is displayed.

With a white and RED light built in, it is easy to see the area the unit is measuring.
